Choose this when the pain is already named: windscreen claims that die at the photo, medical claims that stall on the hospital bill, or motor FNOL that never reaches the workshop appointment. We stay inside that one line.

The study includes a claims-floor walkthrough, eight policyholder sessions drawn from people who telephoned after starting the app, and a short written note that the supervisors can pin next to the queue board. We do not widen into policy changes or payments unless those screens sit on the same path.

Travel to a Klang Valley or Johor claims hub is included in the starting fee for up to two days. Extra hubs are quoted. The next step is an enquiry naming the claims line and the month you want us on the floor.
