Fees for reviews, studies, and briefing days
Fees follow the shape of the work. A full usage review is a fixed project. A single claims line or a briefing day is priced on a shorter calendar. We do not sell monthly licences.
Starting figures
The numbers below are starting points for a single Malaysian insurer or takaful operator, in ringgit, excluding SST where it applies. A second brand, a second language group, or a second claims hub is quoted after we have seen the screen list.

What the project fee covers
For the flagship review, the fee covers briefing, observation days, policyholder sessions you arrange, the written account, and one findings session. It does not cover rewriting screens, extra travel after the letter of engagement, or a second findings session for a board that could not attend.
When we quote instead of confirming a start figure
We quote when the self-service app differs sharply between Android and iOS, when takaful and conventional windows are separate products, or when legal clearance for policyholder sessions will itself need a scoped letter. You receive the quote before any observation day is booked.
Payment
Fifty percent with the start letter, remainder before the findings session. Briefing days are payable in full five working days before the date. Bank transfer is the usual method; we do not take card payments on this site.
If the scope changes
If a claims peak forces us to pause, the calendar moves; the fee does not increase unless you add a task. If you cancel after observation has begun, the refund notice on this site applies.
